ABOUT

Britta Crooks, MS, LMFT

Hi, My Name is Britta Crooks. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. I serve families, couples, and individuals. My goal is to guide clients on their own unique path to health, healing, and wholeness. I studied at Saint Cloud State University and received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a qualified neutral “mediator”. I am also trained in Prepare-Enrich. Prepare-Enrich is a premarital counseling curriculum. I treat multiple diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family and phase of life issues. I offer Christian Counseling sessions, therapy through a biblical lens. I am currently offering Telehealth services now.

Over the past 2 years I have seen new clients over telehealth and have seen them treated out of therapy. There has been great success for the treatment of anxiety and depressive symptoms as well as phase of life issues through a telehealth medium. I used to work as an in-home therapist, and I think this is the next best thing. Telehealth allows clients to be flexible, comfortable, and open.

In my free time I enjoy dating my husband, reading, running, playing outside with my children, and being around family. I am an outdoors enthusiast and love doing anything outside!
